Process

GatorCloud Using Google Analytics, I found that the top hits for it.ufl.edu were actually on GatorCloud service pages, so I drew them out and placed them near the top of the homepage on mobile view for easy access.

Service Categories Widget Since the Ohio State University IT service catalog has been frequently cited by management in conversations around the IT site, I toyed with adding service categories to the landing page, which was well-received.

News and Kudos Widgets for all for a cleaner look!

Homepage banner By request, new banner accommodates second link instead of single call to action. Its background displays the HiPerGator servers.

Implementation

After the final mockup was approved and given the go-ahead, I created content types in TERMINALFOUR using HTML/CSS/JavaScript. The site went live and can be seen at it.ufl.edu.
